Open War is the premiere expansion of Netrunner created since 1999, first released September 7, 2010!This is an expansion consists in 126 cards (63 Runner and 63 Corp cards), and was created by Emmanuel Estournet alias Playful EE in cyberspace.
The peculiarity of this extension, although it is an fan created expansion and is not approved by WOTC, its also fully illustred, tested, balanced and corrected by expert players (Netrunneronline Ruling Team) whose reputation is more to do .
